Terms & Conditions for MotoRide Delivery Services LLC

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of delivery services provided by MotoRide ("we," "our," "us"), a delivery service provider based in the UAE. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not use our services.

1. Service

We deliver parcels and documents within the UAE safely and on time.

2. Customer Details

Please provide correct sender/receiver information and pack items securely. Fragile items should be marked.

3. Delivery Restrictions

By using our services, you agree not to send any prohibited, dangerous, or restricted goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that include the following items:

Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, explosives, flammable goods)
Alcoholic beverages
Firearms, ammunition, or explosives
Tobacco products
Live animals
Illegal goods (as defined by local laws in the UAE)
Items deemed too large, heavy, or fragile for safe delivery as per our guidelines

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at no cost if it has not been dispatched. Cancellations after dispatch are subject to service nature and may include restocking or return fees.

5. Refunds

Refunds will only be processed in case of MotoRide’s fault (e.g., lost or damaged goods). Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the transaction.

6. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver on schedule, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or incorrect addresses.

7. Delivery Attempts

If the receiver is unavailable, we will attempt delivery again. Returns or re-delivery may incur extra charges.

8. Delivery Timelines

While we strive to meet expectations, MotoRide does not guarantee specific delivery times, particularly during peak seasons. Estimated delivery times are provided at order placement and may vary due to external factors such as traffic or weather.

MotoRide will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delays.

9. Claims

Any loss or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

10. Privacy

Your details are kept secure and used only for delivery purposes.

11. Law

These terms follow UAE laws, and any disputes will be handled by UAE courts.

12. MotoRide’s Liability

MotoRide is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the actual amount paid for the delivery service.

13. Damage or Loss

If goods are damaged or lost during delivery, MotoRide will investigate the matter. However, our liability is limited to the value of the shipping service and does not extend to the goods themselves.

14. Exclusion of Liability

We are not liable for any damages to goods occurring after delivery has been accepted by the recipient.
